European Central Bank head Mario Draghi says inflation indicators “have yet to show convincing signs of a pickup.”
Draghi made the statement as the central bank lowered its forecasts for inflation this year to 1.5 per cent from 1.7 per cent, and for next year to 1.3 per cent from 1.6 per cent.
