BILD Central Alberta has announced the winners of its 2026 Awards.

This comes after the BILD Central Alberta (BILDCA) Awards were held on May 9 at the Red Deer Resort & Casino, where over 400 industry leaders, professionals, and community members gathered to recognize the outstanding achievements in the region’s housing industry.

BILDCA, which is celebrating 70 years this year, explained that the awards program was refreshed with a focus on transparency, professionalism, and industry excellence.

There were more than 30 independent judges from across Canada evaluating over 112 entries across residential construction, renovation, design, trades, service, and community impact categories.

“This year’s awards represent more than beautiful homes and successful projects,” said Chris Windrim, Executive Director of BILD Central Alberta. “They celebrate the people, businesses, and leaders driving our industry forward through innovation, craftsmanship, professionalism, and community impact. The quality of entries this year reflects the strength and momentum of residential construction throughout Central Alberta.”
