A Red Deer-based executive strategist, international speaker, and award-winning author has won the Women Without Borders category at the Women Changing the World Awards.

Dr. Tristina Anderson, who attended the awards held in Paris, France, says winning the award highlights her work supporting individuals and organizations across countries to navigate transformation, leadership challenges, and life transitions.

The Women Changing the World Awards recognize women who make a significant impact through leadership, innovation, advocacy, and global influence.

She is an award-winning author, speaker, and transformational leadership expert. She is the author of the memoir Resilience: Picking Up My Shattered Pieces, which covers her journey of overcoming adversity, rebuilding from life’s most difficult chapters, and choosing to live with truth, courage, and intention.

Dr. Anderson also founded Fearless Living, a transformational framework and movement designed to help individuals move beyond fear, reclaim their voice, and live and lead with greater authenticity, courage, and purpose.

“This recognition is deeply meaningful,” said Dr. Anderson. “While the work has taken me across borders, it is grounded in the experiences, values, and perspective that were shaped right here in Red Deer. This moment is a reminder that where you come from does not limit where you can go.”

Her work has been featured in Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, CEO Weekly, World Reporter, and TechBullion, and she has appeared as a featured guest on FOX5 San Diego.

She is currently expanding her work internationally through speaking engagements, leadership programming, and an upcoming documentary project based on her life and the Fearless Living movement.
