Local golfers competing at 2023 Alberta Women’s Amateur Championship

Some central Alberta golfers will be taking part in the 2023 Alberta Women’s Amateur Championship at the Water Valley Golf Club this week.

The event runs from June 27-29, 2023, and is open to female golfers with a handicap index of 20.0 or lower and those competing in the Net Stableford competition which requires a handicap index of 35.0 or lower.

Central Alberta golfers include Jocelyn McInnis from Olds, Eileen Park from Red Deer, Marg Bergsma from Sundre, and Saylar May from Rocky Mountain House.
