Teen killed in crash north of Morningside

Ponoka RCMP are looking into the cause of a crash north of Morningside that claimed the life of a 17-year-old male Sunday night.

Around 9:11 p.m., Mounties were dispatched to a single vehicle rollover on Highway 2A and Township Road 422.

Police, EMS and Fire responded and it was determined the lone occupant of the vehicle was deceased.

According to RCMP, indications are that the vehicle left the road and rolled several times.
