Ponoka Chamber opens nominations for 2026 business awards on Sept. 2

Nominations are open Sept. 2 for the 2026 Business Awards of Excellence, put on by the Ponoka & District Chamber of Commerce.

Residents, consumers, and business leaders are all invited to submit nominations and help shine a spotlight on local excellence, the chamber says.

It all culminates with a gala on Oct. 23.

This is one of my favourite times of the year,” says Ponoka Chamber president Bruce Clarke.

“Our business community works hard all year long, and these awards are our chance to celebrate the people and organizations who step up, take risks, and keep Ponoka moving forward.”
