Red Deer Pro Rodeo charges out of the chute with exciting opening night

The Red Deer Pro Rodeo officially began on Thursday evening, kicking off three days of action.

The family-friendly event will continue on Friday and Saturday at the Centrium at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Centrium or online at the Tickets Alberta website.

The rodeo features the top athletes in the rodeo scene today and includes all the favourite events, such as bareback, breakaway roping, steer wrestling, barrel racing, saddle bronc, and team roping.

There are also novice events such as bareback, saddle bronc, and junior steer riding.
