Red Deer resident charged with impaired driving following collision
Red Deer RCMP have arrested a 34-year-old resident for impaired driving following a multi-vehicle collision earlier this month.
Police say on April 19 at 5:40 p.m., they received a call from a local company that reported an employee was driving a work vehicle while impaired.
The RCMP also received multiple 911 calls reporting that the same vehicle was driving erratically through the city.
The vehicle was first spotted in the Southpointe Junction area in Red Deer and was then involved in a hit-and-run collision on Highway 2.
