‘The Trumpet Through the Ages’ First Thursday concert

Red Deer Public Library PSA — This month’s concert features The Trumpet Through the Ages presented by Karen Gustafson (trumpet) and Cheryl Cooney (piano). It is the tale of how the music of the trumpet developed from conch shells to modern instruments.

The Trumpet Through the Ages Composers: Torelli, Berlioz, Irish Traditional, Cooney, Bicigo.

This concert runs Thursday, April 2, from 12:15-1 p.m. in the Snell Auditorium at the downtown branch of the Red Deer Public Library.
