MyCity online application and bill payment service disruption

The City of Red Deer is reporting Friday afternoon that there is an unforeseen technical issue with its MyCity system.

Maintenance work is ongoing. During this outage, the public are asked to make payments and applications in-person.

The following applications will not be available:

  • MyCity
  • MyPayments
  • MyDogs
  • MyPermits
  • MyLicence
  • MyEvent
  • MyInspections
  • Tax Certificates
  • Criminal Record Checks
  • Utility Account Updates

It is expected that the system will be back online on Tuesday, April 25. During this outage, the public is encouraged to submit applications and payments in-person at City Hall.
