Jury trial scheduled for Red Deer massage therapist accused of sexually assaulting female youth

Trial dates have now been set for a Red Deer massage therapist accused of sexually assaulting a female youth.

Brian Moore, 51, of Red Deer County, is scheduled for a jury trial in Red Deer Court of King’s Bench from April 15-19, 2024.

It was Feb. 23, 2022, police say, when they received a report of a sexual assault involving a Red Deer massage therapist.

Through investigation, Mounties say it was then determined and alleged that the man sexually assaulted a female youth during a massage at a downtown chiropractor business.
