Rental rates in Red Deer up slightly from end of 2020
Rental rates in Red Deer edged upward in January.
For a one-bedroom home, the going rate, on average, is $982 monthly, while a two-bedroom will cost you $1,026.
That’s up from $930 and $1,000 in December 2020, and Red Deer move up one spot to 29th out of 35 communities evaluated in the latest National Rent Report by Bullpen Research and Consulting.
Month over month, the increase is 5.6 per cent for a one-bedroom, while a two-bedroom is up 2.6 per cent.
