Vandals hit multiple sites in Sylvan Lake
RCMP in Sylvan Lake are seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects who are believed to be involved in no less than six different incidents of vandalism throughout town.
On May 29, Mounties received complaints that indicate that sometime between 2:45 a.m. – 4:00 a.m., three male suspects broke windows and damaged other property.
Police say the males either kicked, or threw rocks through windows.
“The spree of damage began at the Sylvan Lake Community Centre, then the Lighthouse Fellowship Church, the Dairy Queen, the strip mall on 50 Avenue, the Sylvan Lake Library, a parked truck, a restaurant on Lakeshore Drive, and on to other businesses,” RCMP say in a media release.
