Rocky Airshow presents gift to Town of Rocky

The president of the Rocky Airshow Society, Hannelie Eder and member Irene Kerklaan presented a gift to the Town of Rocky Mountain House on Tuesday.

Deputy Mayor Randal Brown accepted the framed, signed poster from the Canadian Forces Snowbirds 431 Air Demonstration Squadron.

The Town of Rocky Mountain House sponsored the Snowbird’s performance, donating $10,300 in June.

The Rocky Mountain House Airshow brought in more than 8000 attendees, with 63 per cent of online ticket sales coming from outside of Clearwater County.
