Some Alberta drivers are heading to court accused of using highways outside of Edmonton as speedways.
R-C-M-P say in one case a man on a Ducati Superbike was clocked doing 197 in a 100-kilometre zone — at night in the dark.
In another case a woman was nabbed doing 131 in an area where the speed limit is 70.
Mounties say such speeding is not only a danger to the speedsters, but to others on the road as well.
