Police looking into graffiti spree in Lacombe

The Lacombe Police Service says they have seen an increase in graffiti being reported throughout the city over the past few months.

“Defacing property with graffiti is both a crime under the Criminal Code (Public Mischief) plus it is an offence under Lacombe’s Community Standards Bylaw,” says officer Colin Verbisky. “These acts of vandalism to public property are costly to Citizens both in terms of time and money.”
