Traffic circle at Laura Avenue and Lantern Street now open

RED DEER COUNTY- The new traffic circle at the intersection of Laura Avenue and Lantern is open to traffic.
The circle is part of a larger overall project known as the Laura Avenue Extension.
The project will see a flyover constructed from the city of Red Deer that conncects with Laura Avenue at the north portion of Gasoline Alley.
Another traffic circle will begin construction at Liberty Street and Laura Avenue in the near future.
