RDPL presents Trio Brio as part of concert series

The Friends of the Red Deer Public Library (Downtown Branch) are pleased to present TRIO BRIO: Val Sherman, Flute, Cheryl Cooney, Piano, and Joyce Howdle, Clarinet, in concert at the Snell Auditorium on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m.

The Red Deer Public Library asks you to pre-register for this concert using the link below. Any persons not pre-registered had to wait until we could determine if enough chairs were available. The library wishes to ensure that you will have a seat when you attend. If a program is cancelled, you will be notified by the library. If you do not wish to register on-line, or have trouble registering on-line, please call the library at 403 346 4576 to register.

Donations

Thanks to those who have made donations in support of the First Thursday concerts. These funds have been used to pay fees and expenses for the musicians presenting at the Library. If anyone wishes to support these concerts, cheques should be made out to the Red Deer Public Library, with a memo for CONCERTS. A charitable receipt will be issued.

Coming Events

The Burman University Choral Union will present Spring Vespers entitled Splendor at the College Heights SDA Church, Lacombe, at 7:30 PM, Friday, March 31. Freewill offering.

The Burman Invitational Honour Band Festival Concert will be held on Sunday, April 2 at 6PM at the College Heights SDA Church, Lacombe. The concert will feature the Burman University Concert Winds and the Honour Band.

The Burman University Symphony Orchestra (BUSO). Young Artist Concerto Competition (YACC) Concert will be held on Saturday, April 8 at 8:30 PM in the College Heights SDA Church.
