Four local golfers complete NextGen tourney in Golden

Four central Alberta golfers competed well at the NextGen Championship in Golden, B.C. over the weekend.

The tournament featured 90 young amateurs competing at the Golden Golf Club Friday through Sunday.

The NextGen series is six championships which allow for junior golfers to earn exemptions into their respective national junior championships in 2023, with one played in each region of the country.
