A Red Deer man is dead following a serious crash on a northern Alberta highway this week.
On March 22, at approximately 1:04 p.m., Whitecourt RCMP responded to a report of a serious motor vehicle collision on Highway 43, approximately 1 km east of Eagle Tower Road in Woodlands County.
Mounties say their preliminary investigation has revealed that a pick-up truck rear ended a semi which was parked on the side of the road.
