Innisfail RCMP charge couple for possessing meth

A couple from Innisfail has been charged for possessing meth after local Mounties executed a search warrant Tuesday evening.
RCMP executed the search warrant at a location on 45 Avenue in Innisfail where a quantity of methamphetamine, drug trafficking paraphernalia, was seized. Police say they also gathered further information to assist with future investigations.
Kevin Randall Glasgow, 50, and Brenda L. Weegar, 62, of Innisfail have been charged with possession of methamphetamine. Both are scheduled to appear in Red Deer provincial court on June 25.
“This investigation was conducted by Innisfail Detachment with support of the General Investigation Section and in partnership with the Alberta Sheriff’s SCAN (Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods) Branch,” police say in a release.
