SUV crashes through wall of Red Deer business in Taylor Plaza

Red Deer RCMP were called to Taylor Plaza last Friday after a vehicle went through the wall of a local business.

Police say on Oct. 30, just before 12:30 p.m., a black SUV, which contained two occupants, a passenger and a learner driver, were pulling into a parking stall when the driver hit the gas pedal instead of the brake.

As a result, there were no injuries, but there was damage to the vehicle and structural damage to the building.

No charges were laid following an investigation.
