WATCH: Rebels season begins today with start of training camp

Another Western Hockey League season is upon us as the Red Deer Rebels take to the ice today for the start of training camp.

The Rebels head into the season, much like last year, as one of the youngest teams in the WHL.

On paper, they have enough talent in goal and on defence to hold opposing teams at bay. Whether there’s enough punch among the forwards to mount a credible scoring attack remains to be seen.
