EDMONTON- Alberta’s police watchdog has cleared Edmonton police officers in a 2017 crash that killed two people.
Investigators say police were pursuing a stolen truck that was trying to evade police at high speeds.
During the chase police called off the pursuit, but the truck sped the wrong way down a street and collided head-on with another vehicle.
