ATB Financial Downtown Market returns to Red Deer for tenth season

The Red Deer Downtown Business Association is pleased to announce the return of the ATB Financial Downtown Market for the tenth consecutive season. Proudly presented by ATB Financial, the market provides a weekly opportunity for market enthusiasts, families and foodies to shop local.
Starting May 30 and continuing every Wednesday until October 3 the ATB Financial Downtown Market operates from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. Cupcakes and balloons will be handed out to kick off the tenth market season. The first 100 shoppers will receive a reusable DBA shopping bag. The market is located on Little Gaetz (50) Avenue from Alexander Way (48 Street) to Ross (50) Street.
The market welcomes back local and fresh producers from around Central Alberta. New and returning vendors will be selling products including fresh veggies and meat, baked goods, jams, jellies, and more.
Operating in Downtown Red Deer since 2009, the market attracts visitors from all over Central Alberta. In addition to vendors, the market features a Community Corner that offers space for up to two not-for-profit organizations per week, free of charge.
