As we look forward to the upcoming May Long weekend, in hopes that the good weather is not far behind, I wanted to provide you a quick update from Ottawa.

March 1, 2017 - 12:01pm Updated: March 4, 2017 - 12:23pm

It was a busy beginning to the Spring Session in Ottawa for me and my colleagues, as we continue to fight against careless spending and tax increases while fighting for Canadians, their jobs, and economy. I am pleased to bring you an update on a couple of the highlights of the past few weeks below.

Dreeshen lays into broken election reform promise

February 3, 2017 - 4:06pm

Parliament has returned to session and in the next few months we will continue pushing forward with our priorities as the conservative caucus.

Those priories are clear:

To be the voice of the taxpayer.
To continue to be the only party to oppose the Liberal agenda of uncontrolled spending and deficits that has already led to higher taxes.
To hold the Liberals accountable for their misguided and risky economic plans.

Dreeshen talks Agri-Trade, CPP in latest update

November 18, 2016 - 12:49pm

Snow is falling and winter appears to be settling in. I would like to take a quick second to thank our local food producers for the time and care you put in to getting food from the fields to our tables. I know the agriculture community is grateful for the last few weeks of warm weather where many crops were salvaged and many avoided what was looking like a disastrous harvest.

Riding Update

Dreeshen honours Prentice, updates House of Commons happenings

October 19, 2016 - 3:54pm

This past week I was pleased to be in the Red Deer - Mountain View riding where I was able to connect with constituents from one corner to the other. I was honoured to meet with people and attend events in Sundre, Olds, Innisfail, Carstairs, Spruce View and Red Deer throughout the week, where I was able to hear directly from the people of Central Alberta what your priorities are on the national stage. I greatly enjoy my time here on constituency weeks and always look forward to hearing what Albertans have to say.
