Jevne hat trick sends Rebels to third loss in a row
MEDICINE HAT — Ryan Jevne opened and closed the curtain on the Red Deer Rebels Wednesday night.
The alternate captain picked up his first career hat trick and added an assist as the Medicine Hat Tigers dropped the Red Deer Rebels 6-2 at the Canalta Centre in Medicine Hat.
Jevne scored the game’s first and last markers and was named the game’s first star for his performance.
Medicine Hat is now 3-0 against Red Deer this season and 12-12-1-2. They also handed the Rebels, who are now 16-8-1-0, a 7-3 loss at the Enmax Centrium on Saturday.
