A researcher who has investigated Canada’s inability to get energy pipelines to tidewater is presenting in Red Deer this week.

Vivian Krause will speak about her research on foreign investment into blocking pipelines at the Sheraton Hotel on Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Her speech is being presented by Canada Action, a volunteer-led grassroots movement encouraging Canadians to work together in support of the country’s natural resource sector.

Admission to Thursday’s presentation is free, but attendees are asked to RSVP ahead of time.
