AGLC promises cannabis delivery despite Canada Post rotating strikes

Oct 22, 2018 | 6:34 AM

EDMONTON- Alberta Gaming Liquor and Cannabis says Albertans will still have a way to get their marijuana deliveries now that rotating strikes have begun at Canada Post.

AGLC spokeswoman Heather Holmen says the agency primarily works with Canada Post, but also uses Purolator as a delivery agent.

Holmen says orders might be delayed a day or two but they’d be able to catch up.

She says the pace of online orders has calmed down a bit since the first day of legalization.
