Clearwater crews respond to structure fire on Big Horn First Nation

Clearwater Regional Fire crews responded to a major structure fire on Saturday, September 1.

At approximately 9:47 p.m. fire crews were dispatched to a fire on Big Horn First Nation.

Crews from Station 50 in Nordegg and Station 60 in Rocky Mountain House responded to the scene with two engines, one water tender and two command units.

Crews maintained a defensive strategy against the blaze until 3 a.m., which had fully immersed the structure.

No one was injured and the cause is still under investigation.
