2019 trial scheduled for man charged in Red Deer carfentanil bust
A Red Deer man arrested following a carfentanil bust in our city last year will go to trial in 2019.
Kim Proctor, 39, was one of four people arrested after Red Deer RCMP and ALERT raided a drug trafficking operation on March 8, 2017 following a three-month investigation.
Police seized firearms, meth, fentanyl powder, cocaine, ketamine, and a substance later confirmed to be carfentanil.
Proctor has pleaded not guilty charges that include possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a weapon obtained by crime and possession of property obtained by crime.
