CALGARY- The Alberta Serious Incident Response Team is investigating fatal police shooting in Calgary.
A woman died after being shot by police as they responded to a break and enter call at a home.
Police say they found two suspects barricaded in a room in the house.
A tactical unit officer shot the woman and a man was found with stab wounds.
He was taken to hospital in critical condition.
