Rebels announce 2026 training camp schedule

The Red Deer Rebels will begin training camp on Aug. 26 ahead of what is hopefully an exciting season for the club.

On-ice testing will happen Thursday morning, with practice and scrimmage sessions at the Centrium on Friday.

Rookie scrimmages begin Saturday.

All practices and scrimmages through Monday, Aug. 31 are open to the public. Times throughout camp are subject to change.

Camp wraps up Tuesday, Sept. 1 with the annual Black and White Game at 7 p.m., with the winning team being presented the Mikel McIver Cup.

Fans attending are encouraged to bring donations for the Red Deer Food Bank or the CARSTAR Drive for Success school supplies campaign.

Fans can also learn about season tickets and check out the Rebels Authentix store.

Training Camp Store Hours

Saturday, August 29 – 9 a.m. to Noon

Sunday, August 30 – 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, September 1 – Starting at 6 p.m. for Black & White Game
