Next phase of construction in Oxford Landing now underway in Penhold

The Town of Penhold has announced that construction is underway in the Oxford Landing neighbourhood as they enter the next phase of residential development.

The construction by Melcor Developments, with crews from Northside Construction, are actively working in the Norseman Close area.

This phase includes a variety of housing such as larger lot homes, duplexes, townhomes, and Municipal Reserve (MR) green space. A new park is also expected to be developed with this new phase.

“We are excited to see construction activity moving forward in Oxford Landing,” said Mayor Mike Yargeau. “This development represents another positive step in Penhold’s growth, offering a variety of housing options while preserving green space and ensuring responsible planning for future generations.”
