Red Deer RCMP attend two-vehicle collision involving motorcycle

UPDATE (6:30 p.m.): RCMP say the intersection of Taylor Drive and 32 Street has re-opened. They extend their appreciation for everyone’s understanding while emergency responders were on-scene.

ORIGINAL (3:50 p.m.): Red Deer RCMP are currently on scene responding to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision, involving a motorcycle, at the intersection of Taylor Drive and 32 Street.

Mounties say traffic is being diverted, and they’re asking the public to avoid the area and take alternative routes.

Police say the driver of the motorcycle has been transported to hospital.
