Troubled Monk celebrates 9 years by raising nearly $10,000 for Mustard Seed lunch program
The Mustard Seed in Red Deer is getting a much-appreciated boost to its School Lunch Program thanks to local brewery Troubled Monk.
To celebrate its ninth anniversary, Troubled Monk welcomed 500 people out, and raised $9,535.
“We are overwhelmed by the incredible turnout and the unwavering support from our community,” says Charlie Bredo, president, Troubled Monk.
“Despite the weather, the passion and commitment of everyone who attended made this event a tremendous success. We are deeply grateful for the generosity that will make a significant difference in providing school lunches for children in need.”
