Sentencing set for man charged in Red Deer road rage incident
A sentencing date has now been set for a man charged in a Red Deer road rage incident that resulted in a partial leg amputation for the victim.
Andrew Charles Hunter, 37, is scheduled for sentencing in Red Deer Court of King’s Bench on Aug. 1, 2024.
His sentencing date was set following a jury trial held in Red Deer Court of King’s Bench this spring.
Hunter was charged with dangerous operation of a conveyance causing bodily harm, failure to stop after an accident resulting in bodily harm, and assault with a weapon in the Jan. 26, 2020, incident.
