Rebels to welcome fans back for 2024/25 season versus Hurricanes on Sept. 21

The Western Hockey League (WHL) has announced its full slate of 2024/25 regular season home openers.

The Red Deer Rebels drop the puck on next season against the Lethbridge Hurricanes, at 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 21 from the Peavey Mart Centrium.

It marks the first time since 2014 that the Rebels won’t open their season against Edmonton, as per the Rebels.

It’ll also be the first time they open versus Lethbridge since 2002.
