Trial scheduled for man accused of striking police vehicle in stolen car
A trial date has been scheduled for one of two people charged after a stolen vehicle struck a police car in central Alberta this fall.
Brandon William Wallner, 34, of Red Deer, is scheduled for trial in Red Deer Court of Justice on March 13, 2024.
His co-accused, however, Kali Rae Miller, 30, of Trochu, currently has a warrant out for her arrest.
It was on Oct. 28, 2023, when Innisfail RCMP say they were conducting a patrol in Springbrook looking for a prolific offender from the Penhold area. While on patrol, RCMP members located a stolen Dodge sedan.
