New playground zone in Sylvan Lake

A new playground zone has arrived in Ryders Ridge.

The 30 km/h zone is active from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. along Ryders Ridge Boulevard near the Vista storm pond.

The new zone is next to a busy community skating rink and toboggan hill. Speed radar signs will help to remind drivers to slow down in the new zone and keep residents safe.
