The Mustard Seed hosting 5-day event for drop-in guests

This Christmas we have a special 5-Day event for our drop in guests from December 19-23, and a 7-Day event for our shelter guests from December 19-25. We will serve our Christmas community meal on December 23 at 5 p.m. and wrap up the Christmas event with gift distribution and Christmas dinner for our shelter guests only, on December 25.

With the weather getting colder and the cost of living on the rise we have a lot of vulnerable Central Albertans who call on us for support. People experiencing homelessness and poverty can often feel isolated and lonely during the Christmas season, so we strive to bring hope, joy, peace, and love to their lives in the various ways that we support them in their daily lives.
