Charges pending after weekend crash in downtown Red Deer
Charges are pending following a two-vehicle crash in downtown Red Deer last weekend.
RCMP say they are still investigating the collision, which occurred at around 4:45 p.m. on May 21.
Two vehicles, a pick-up truck and small car, collided at the intersection of 55 Street and 49 Avenue, just before the northbound bridge over the Red Deer River.
The car had five occupants, and the truck three; several of them went to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and all have since been released, add RCMP.
