-Youth born in 2009 or earlier will receive the Pfizer vaccine; Albertans born in 2003 or earlier will receive the Moderna vaccine. -Those attending the clinic are asked to bring their Alberta Health Care card if they have one, along with photo ID. Use of face masks and hand sanitizer is required when attending the site for immunization

As of the end of July 21, 75 per cent of eligible Albertans (aged 12+) have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

That’s equivalent to 2.8 million Albertans, or 63.8 per cent of the entire population.

In Red Deer, 60,599 (66.1% of eligible & 57.0% *total population) people have received at least one dose. Meanwhile, 50,882 (55.5%/47.8%) are fully vaccinated with two dose. (*Government of Alberta uses a population of 106,395 for Red Deer; of those 91,672 are eligible)
