40 students chosen for latest Minister’s Youth Council
Education Minister Adriana LaGrange, who’s also the MLA for Red Deer-North, has announced the latest collection of students who will make up the Minister’s Youth Council.
The youth council is an initiative which requires members to sit for a 10-month term. It consists this year of 40 junior and senior high students, with three face-to-face meetings happening in Edmonton.
Students have, “diverse interests, identities, backgrounds and perspectives,” it says on Alberta.ca.
