Two men arrested for 2019 break-ins in Thorsby
After a lengthy investigation conducted by the Thorsby/Breton RCMP, two males have been arrested in relation to several reported break and enters in Thorsby.
On October 6, 2019, Thorsby RCMP responded to multiple break and enters including the theft of an ATM from the Esso fuel station in Thorsby. Police also investigated an attempted theft of an ATM from the Thorsby Village Supermarket.
On March 19, Collin McDonald, 30, of Edmonton was arrested and charged with:
- Theft of motor vehicle (x2)
- Mischief over $5000 (x3)
- Break and enter (x3)
- Possession of break in tools (x3)
- Wear a disguise committing an offence
- Possession of stolen property
