Arts council presents Winter Concert Series

The Red Deer Arts Council is presenting its inaugural Winter Concert Series on Ross Street Patio, which runs through April 24, 2021.

Submissions are still being accepted until November 30 for performers for these monthly concerts. Details and the online submission form are presently available on our website.

The arts council is presenting smaller solo and duo outdoor concerts by Central Alberta artists on January 8, February 12, March 12 and April (date TBD.) Their December concert has been postponed to a later date due to newly updated COVID-19 gather restrictions.

The Red Deer Arts Council is presenting this series through a grant provided by the City of Red Deer Culture Services, with additional event support from the Downtown Red Deer Business Association.

“We continue to seek additional funding to expand our programming to activate the Ross Street Patio and create safe and fun arts and culture experiences for our community throughout the winter,” the arts council says in a release.
