RCMP Major Crimes investigating death at Sunnybrook home

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit is investigating a death at a home in the Sunnybrook neighbourhood.

It was at about 5 p.m. on Wednesday when Red Deer RCMP attended a residence on Stewart Street. Police say a deceased adult was located and the Major Crimes Unit was called in to take carriage of the investigation.

“The Red Deer RCMP and Major Crimes believe this to be an isolated incident, and have no further public safety concerns. An update will be provided when more information is available,” police said in a media release.
