Man missing for almost a year found safe

Red Deer RCMP advise that as of Feb. 7, 52-year-old Dale Walter Birney has been located safe and unharmed.

rdnewsNOW reported that Birney was missing on Jan. 30.

At the time, RCMP stated that he had been missing since March 2019.
