Pair arrested after traffic stop by Drumheller RCMP

Two males from the Three Hills area have been arrested following an investigation by Drumheller RCMP.

Police say on Oct. 4, they conducted a vehicle stop near Drumheller which resulted in the arrest of two adult males, aged 27 and 35. Members seized quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, oxycodone and what is believed to be fentanyl.

Both individuals were already bound by certain court imposed conditions and have been charged additionally for breaching those orders.

One of the males was released with strict conditions and is to appear in court October 25. The other was held for a judicial interim release hearing.
