Police find stolen food truck, several other pricey stolen items

A stash of stolen property has been recovered from a property in Red Deer County.

Innisfail RCMP were completing targeted patrols on Aug. 28 when they observed suspicious activity at a property on Crown Land near Range Road 25 and Cottonwood Road, west of Innisfail.

With the assistance of Sylvan Lake Mounties and RCMP air services, police dog services, and other members, police moved in to make an arrest.

A male observed driving into the area in a stolen vehicle was located and subsequently arrested when he exited the vehicle.

A large quantity of property was recovered, including a food truck trailer that had been stolen from a local company on Aug. 21, as well as quads, a motorcycle, a dirt bike, a generator, four guns, ammo, and a 2018 Ram 2500 truck.

Lee Leray Pratt, 26, of Red Deer is charged with:

· Possess controlled substance
· Fail to comply (x2)
· Operate motor vehicle while prohibited
· Possess property obtained by crime over $5000
· Possess property obtained by crime under $5000 (x5)

He was remanded and appeared in court on August 30.
